In June 06, 2005; by the Resolution Nº 2 Act 64, the Banco Nacional de Fomento´s Administration Board, for the Human Resources Unit, design to Mr. Miguel Alonso Villar, BECA´s Director, to develope a Training Courses, under BNF´s Training Program to Directors, Chief Division, Managers and Accounters of agencies; in the units like: Nacional Financing Sistem, Lidership, ABC of Managing, Risks and Liabilities, in the others.
